Nomadic Wine Tastings

Every other Tuesday, we embark on a new international journey of wine. Each tasting features six wines, based on a theme. Chef Felipe pairs food with each tasting. The $60 ticket price can be applied to the purchase of 12 or more bottles from the tasting.

  • Tuesday, 10 August, 6 pm — The Great White Burgundies: Kingdom of Chardonnay — We journey to the French wine region of Burgundy to sample six sumptuous whites.
  • Tuesday, 24 August, 6 pm — Georgia: The Country Pioneering Orange Wines — Join us on a visit to the country of Georgia, on the eastern edge of the Black Sea. Situated at the crossroads of Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, Georgia enjoys a climate and terrain perfectly suited to grape cultivation. We will be sampling six wines from regions across Georgia. An exciting opportunity to try wines from the region with the longest uninterrupted history of winemaking in the world. Orange wine is made by allowing white wine to maintain contact with the grape skins during fermentation. As with red grapes and wines, this process imbues color and tannic structure.
  • Tuesday, 7 September, 6pm — Champagne! — What better way to celebrate our 19th Nomadic Wine Tasting than enjoying champagne? Discover a new favorite bubbly with us!
  • Tuesday, 21 September, 6pm — The Great Red Burgundies: Pinot Noir From the Old World

Pre-paid reservations required. Seating is limited. Call NOMAD at 561-621-3700 to reserve and purchase tickets.

Dining in the Dark — Dusk to close

Okay…it’s not entirely dark, but “Dining in the Dark” is easier to write than, “Dining by the light of hundreds of flicking candles”. (And dining by candlelight is easier than dining in the dark.) If you have visited NOMAD, you know we like our Moroccan tea glass votives…Saturday evenings, we light even more and the electric lights go out — The perfect atmosphere for a romantic dinner or intimate gathering of close friends.

Reservations highly recommended. Reserve on OpenTable, or call us on 561-621-3700.
